Laughing in the Rain

Laura Ramirez, of West Hartford, has a laugh with Luke Aubin, 7, as Luke's little brother, Matteo, 4, feels the rain, on their way home from Whiting Lane School. Ramirez, who babysits the boys twice a week, picks them up after school and walks them home a few blocks in all kinds of weather. Luke said he likes the rain. "It's like diving into the water," he said. "Or, it's like the opposite because the rain is diving into us!" he concluded.
