Heron Makes a Catch
A great blue heron snatches a fish out of the water at Harbor Hill Marina in Niantic recently. A boat owner at the marina said the large bird had been hanging around on the dock for a couple of weeks, not bothered much by people, but drawn by the abundance of fish. "He never misses," he said.
