Urbaez was gunned down Monday morning in downtown Hartford. This is the fourth makeshift memorial the mourners had erected after police made them dismantle the first three, two on Park Street and here on Affleck Street where Urbaez hung out. The mourners vowed to stay put this time, asserting their right to honor their friend, since his body is being sent to the Dominican Republic for burial. They feel they need a place to pay their respects.
