Fatal fire West Hartford

They were among several friends and relatives that gathered near the house after school to try and make some sense of the tragedy and offer each other comfort. Bailey's body was found in an upstairs bedroom. His grandfather escaped the blaze by jumping out a second floor window. The fire is under investigation.
