Tarshea Hardy (center) cries softly as she says a final farewell to her infant daughter Tatyanna Tyshelle Henderson who was killed in a car accident two days earlier. She was given the opportunity to say goodbye in a room at the Carmon Windsor Funeral Home just before her funeral service. Comforting Tarshea are Faye Hurston (left) and the Rev. Frances Weaver (right). Tatyanna died one day short of her one month birthday. She became the fourth infant mortality in Hartford in 1998.
