An aerial view show the site where a plane crashed into two houses on Charter Oak Avenue in East Haven, killing four people in August 2013. The crash of the small plane, which was attempting a landing in rainy weather at nearby Tweed New Haven Airport, set the two houses ablaze. A small makeshift memorial is seen in the lower left.
